Top up with your wages, salary or any benefits

In order to have your wages, salary or any benefits paid directly to your card, simply hand the following details to your employer or benefits agency.

Payment reference: this needs to be your 9 digit eccount number.

Your payment reference must be displayed as your eccount number. Failure of this will result in delayed allocation of your funds.

Top up by Standing order

It’s FREE to top up your card by Standing Order

To top up your card by standing order, all you need to do input the following details into your online banking:

Top up by Bank Transfer

It’s FREE to top up by Bank Transfer with the Tuxedo card. All you need to do is transfer funds from any bank account and simply go to the ‘top up’ tab once you are logged in and select ‘Bank details’.

When topping up by Bank Transfer ensure you enter the following details:

Top up with cash

All you need to do is simply hand your card and cash over to the cashier at either a Post Office branch or PayPoint outlet and your funds will be loaded onto your card. (same day at PayPoint. Upon notification of a Post Office load we will apply your funds to your account within one working day). Fees apply to these methods.

Top up with a Debit or Credit Card

You can top up and load your Tuxedo prepaid card easily by using your Debit or Credit Card. Simply log in to your eccount and select “Top Up” you will then be able to register your Debit or Credit Card to load your prepaid card. Please note that you can only top up your card with Debit or Credit Card online and not via the call centre. We will need to verify your ID electronically before you can top up with a Debit or Credit Card. Topping up by Debit Card is FREE. There is a 3% fee for Credit Card top ups.
